Bigeye Tuna (Thunnus obesus)

Bigeye tuna inhabit regions of more cold and temperate oceans. As a result of this tolerance, bigeye tuna have the ability to develop light to medium fat content towards the skin side. It is commonly understood this tuna has a better overall taste than its close cousin, Yellowfin.
